Howdy, my name is David Price, owner and operator of Price Customs. I’m from a smaller town in northern Idaho, with not much to do. I was the one kid that wanted to be different from all the guys with the jacked up trucks. I had always been interested in trucks, and I was really interested in the lowered ones. So when I was old enough, I pawned my super expensive mountain bike to buy my first ride. The truck was a 71 GMC 2wd, with sixteen inch alloys. I was caught up, and there has been no looking back since.

Since I started building my projects, I’ve found people along the way. People that want to build they’re own ride, and I’ve always been happy to help. It felt kind of like starting a spark throwing cult, and I was the imperial wizard. But in all seriousness, I was the guy that already bought that

part for my ride the part that didn’t work or worked great. Basically, I did a lot of trial and error. With that knowledge, I could save my new found buddies some coin. Price Customs is just that, only on a larger scale.

From my first job washing dishes to my decent paying job as a fire tech, I’ve always had to scrimp and save for my parts. I think that’s a common bond that every minitrucker shares and it’s what makes the sport so great. If minitruckers weren’t broke, we would pay a shop to build our rides. And I don’t think it would ever really push the boundaries. Thanks to our DIY attitudes, and our imaginative spirits. We are always pushing the limits to keep things cool and original. While also steadily progressing, and keeping other enthusiasts saying WOW!
